Rooms by elevators can hear every little noise outside the door. Been here 3 years in a row, Each time the bathtub has been clogged. Putting crystals down the drain does not work. Rooms stink, don’t be fooled, not remodeled or even look like the pics online. Each year it gets worse. Time for me to find another place to stay for future visits.

Clean room. Loved the mountain cabin vibes. Pools were fun!

The unit was clean. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms look exactly as pictured. They're new, spacious, and beautiful. The location is great. However I will say that if you plan on walking downtown(super convenient) you have to walk back up a pretty decent incline hill. Which would not be easy if you've been drinking or have issues walking. Sara at the front desk is absolutely amazing! You wont be disappointed with this hotel.

Room was clean, view was so relaxing on the river. I didn't get to use the pool this time but looked very nice. Breakfast was decent, several options. Would stay there again
