Clean rooms, friendly staff. Great location

The room was very well laid out, bed comfortable! Staff was outstanding, very helpful from the moment we pulled up to the door! We arrived early due to a conference and they kept our luggage until our room was ready and when we checked out…conference not being over until the afternoon! Enjoyed the bar…food and drinks all very good in a relaxing area. A little walk to convention center mostly due to construction but definitely doable.

While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I realize that the hotel can't do much about it, but I wouldn't stay there again. Rooms were also very cramped.

Everything was honestly amazing from the check in to check out, the staff were all so kind. Our room was cozy, very clean, lots of room for Activities ;) bathroom & amenities were top notch. The Restaurant: Silas Creative Kitchen was a Million out of 10 & service was impeccable! Bar & Bartenders were kind & funny, drinks were fantastic! We will definitely be back!

The location is excellent. However, their mattress can use a bit of upgrade. You can hear the spring when you sit on it. We've been waking up with back pain and stiffness everyday. Beware of parking. We only parked the car for 2 nights even though we stayed 6 nights. The check in staff told me that I will only get charged 2 nights as long as I tell the front when I return my rental. I specifically went to the front desk notifying them that please make sure to only charge 2 nights of parking the day I returned the rental. They assured me that everything is taken care of. But unfortunately when I checked out, they still charged me 6 nights of parking and the front desk told me that she can't change my invoice and i have to contact the manager. I emailed the manager explaining the situation and is currently awaiting his reply.
