Very consistent and clean

First room had a very strong cleaning product smell. Spoke to the front desk and they immediately changed our room. Service was very nice and personable. Easy in, easy out. Breakfast buffet not the best, but not the worst. Sausage and eggs had no flavor and could not eat them. Coffee and juice options were good. Bagels and danish were good.

Filthy elevators,itchy sheets. I changed rooms because my nasty tub bottom was flaking off. Tub in new room was dirty and in need if reglazing or replacement. Only bright spot was Nick at front desk. Very sweet. Only person who greeted me and he tried to help with new room
