Parking could be better. If you have street parking there's a chance that you may not have anywhere to park. Finding the room is confusing. Three rooms are not numerically ascending. Had to use the map to figure out where our room is. Key fobs to enter rooms/lock rooms was quite different and confusing until shown how to do it.

A great 3 bed apartment in Park City. Lots of amenities at the property and the room was excellent

Only downside was that they charge for WiFi. Today, even most lower tier hotel offer WiFi for free. That would make it easy to access the WiFi. As a member, it was free for me, but I still had to go through the hassle of connecting. I kept getting error messages so I changed my password. Then I got a message that the password I just changed was incorrect. This kept happening over and over. It should just connect by my room number.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool is lovely - having food and drink service is a nice perk. Our room was spacious and very clean. The beds are comfy and room temp is easy to control. We were a little disappointed that the lounge charcuterie tower was sold out, but I suppose that’s what we get for trying it out on a Sunday. Definitely will stay here again next time we’re in SLC.

DO NOT stay here. We couldn’t check in until after 4 which isn’t Real bad but guess what? The check-in closes at 4 And they go home. They had a note coincidentally not sent until almost 4 that gave you a code to a wall safe. Wonderful the code doesn’t work on the wall safe Call the number in the text and it goes to voicemail. Found another number by the wall safe and are told to wait and they’ll send someone. An hour plus later and a maintenance guy shows up and tries the safe with zero results. He starts to leave and we have to chase him down to hear he’s got to go look for an override key and he’ll be back. By now two other couples had arrived with the same instructions and same results. We’re now into this 1 1/2 hours, I recall the number to be told he had to go find something to help open it when asked for a timeframe no idea. So I ask for my money back and lo and behold my refund was $40.00 dollars short. But that’s my fault cause I cancelled. No communication, no apology nothing PLUS big surprise when you get there a huge parking rate per day parking. No other choice. This Vail Colorado run lodge and I guess they get away with it in Colorado but Utah be warned!!!!

Very unique hotel. We stayed in the King studio suite and I would go back just to stay there again! So spacious and comfortable, and the record player was an delightful surprise. We were only there one night so did not take advantage of all of the amenities, but if you like rock climbing or skateboarding, this is the place for you! Also, so convenient for any brewery travelers...hotel is in the epicenter of 5 great options!

This room was very cozy and clean. The decor was nice, the little kitchenette was perfect! Close to parking and the beautiful pool! We loved it!

Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta
