Rooms were clean and fitted well, the staff were polite and attentive to needs, ensuring even if room service was declined that clean towels and teas & coffee were still topped up. Staff offered to hold bags on check out before flight, great location to the Market Square and other conveniences, bus and tram stops on door step as well as local convenience shops for any snacks and other items

The apartment was clean and a short walk to Old Krakow. The Galleria was great to see families enjoying a nice summer night. The store was only a block away to pick up groceries and the coffee at the place below was very good. The receptionist in the office was friendly and very helpful.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was the perfect size for a couple along with a cute kitchenette area and plenty of room to spread out. Everything was extremely clean and seemed new. The location is great as it’s walking distance to all the main attractions but far enough from all the hustle and bustle. Will def be back soon.

Very nice hotel in a really good location. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. We were a group so had a variety of rooms. Room facilities good, tea/coffee, safe, hairdryer etc. Bathroom very pleasant, underfloor heating a nice touch. Public areas very pleasant. Reception staff really good, great communication both before and during our stay when we asked for help with booking taxis, trips etc.

We would stay again!
