The hotel is beautiful. Our room was very nice, the area where you have breakfast for me was the high point of the day with great service and great buffet, the pool and gym are very nice, the indoor spa and pool are very nice - the bathroom off indoor pool is a bit shabby and was leaking. The lady that organised the excursions was not great. She wanted us to go on a tuk tuk tour when there was a forecast for severe storm. Not great. I would say some staff lovely, some not as amazing as rest of Croatian hotels. The greek restaurant was lovely and service good. The bar food was good. It would be nice to have a hotel shop with affordable prices so not just designer. Overall such a lovely hotel

Property location and the faciltiies are excellent. What I do not like is the dining options. Limited and costly choices. A certain restaurant at the facility refused to serve the food I wanted, and listed in the room service menu. With VIP access service, I would have expected to be treated accordingly. I had to argue with the restaurant host and ultimately escalate to the hotel desk manager to get the service.

Nice and clean, walking distance to old town. Food really expensive. Security questionable as local people were able to just walk in from the side to the pool area and a lot of young local boys kept using the pool and saw them spitting into it. Very odd I found!? Beds were really too soft for us and spare bed very hard. A free bottle of wine was part of our stay as booked through Expedia as a gold tier member but had to ask for it half way though the stay. Small things but it all makes a difference😉

Overall a lovely resort and I would go back. Locations great for Old Town. Breakfast and dinner were great. Staff generally very polite, had one rude encounter with a receptionist. Our room had some issues and it took 3 different staff to solve the issue. Turn down was inconsistent. Not enough sun loungers and people often reserving them at the crack of dawn.

Very impressed. This is a very large property. The morning buffet was amazing, over the last top. Several different restaurant/bar options, which is great. The rooms are high-end compared to other similar hotels, although I found better Very convenient in that two different rental car companies are embedded into the property we utilize this to rent a car to drive up to Split. Again, give this very high marks we prefer a slightly smaller, and more boutique hotel, which we found in the Hotel Bellevue not too far away.
