We chose this property for a single overnight when passing through the area. We stayed in room #1 on the first floor. It had a king bed that was really soft. (Not a good choice if you need a firmer mattress; but we enjoyed it.) Room was clean; and the bathroom with a large walk-in shower was one of the nicest I've ever seen in a hotel. Tiled beautifully with great water pressure and temperature. It felt more like being a guest in someone's home rather than at a hotel. I appreciated how clean it was, and didn't think twice about walking barefoot. Another thing worth mentioning was how soft the bath towels were. There was no breakfast, but complimentary muffins, yogurt and juice were in the room's mini fridge. Nice quiet neighborhood. I'm sure it fills up quickly if there's a concert at the amphitheater nearby. We walked to the Crossing at Big Creek to grab dinner. However we had to order it to go because the cigarette smoke from the adjoining casino smelled awful.

The Magnolia Creek Lodge was a very nice Inn, apparently use to be a Bed & Breakfast a while back and now just a Inn. The staff Darren was very helpful and very polite. The rooms are very large an the beds were very comfortable. the bathroom was very large as well (we stayed in room #2). We were using this Inn as a "pre" stay on our way to mid Florida (then on our way to Key West). We liked the Inn so much that we booked a "cabin" or "lodge" for our trip back, they were only $50 more but you would have the whole "little" house to your self... The bad.. not much to eat in the Area you have to go @10mile back to Dothan AL for food. Some "food for thought" before heading that way especially if you plan on checking in an then going out to eat.

An AMAZING Experience!

This was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Me and my fiancé only stayed for one night but it was truly an amazing experience. The room is pretty big, very well taken care of, the beds are comfortable, big shower, mini kitchenette in the room which was nice. We would definitely come back and stay for longer when the weather gets chillier to use the fireplace and sit out in the cabins. 100% would recommend.

Very nice staff, worked with us for check in ten minutes after ten pm. This was our 3rd stay in the cabins. Unfortunately, there was a smell of marajuana when we walked into the cabin which went away when we turned on the fans. We will stay in the cabins again when passing through.

This is a beautiful property that is very well kept up. The rooms are gorgeous and the bed is very nice. So quiet and peaceful you will have a great nights sleep. Staff is great. I highly recommend.

Did a two day stay at Magnolia Creek Lodge. The place was very beautiful. We plan on staying there on our next visit. We stayed in the lodge itself, but we would like to stay in one of the little cabins that they have. The only down side to stating in the lodge, is that it can be a little noisy if there are activities going on in the lodge. And if there is some one staying above you, you can hear them walking in their room. This is why we will try the cabins on our next stay. I think it will be a better experience for us. But with that said, I highly recommend giving Magnolia Creek Lodge a try.
