If I could give 6 stars I would. Great location, staff were incredible. Our Prague experience was unforgettable and this this gorgeous hotel contributed to that. We'll be back!

Good location, the bed is not very comfortable… can use the extra sheets and towels, and need to pay extra at the end for cleaning

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable (despite no a/c but electric fan was provided).
The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when I lost my wallet on the street.
The place is very close to the Charles bridge, Orloj or center of Stare Most.
