Dlugopole-Zdroj Vacation Packages

It was very confusing finding the hotel, the rooms were just as pictured, customer service was not great. But over all good view, the tub was nice and the room was very comfortable

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was a short walk from the market square but in a quiet location. The room was large, with a separate seating area. The hotel organised taxis to and from the airport for us and were great at recommending places to visit, eat and drink. We had a special birthday on our trip and the hotel ensured we had some flowers in the room as part of the celebrations. Would definitely return. Lovely hotel.

Fabulous location and lovely rooms.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring Wroclaw. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Market Square in Old Town, Wroclaw University, Cathedral Island, at least two tram stops, and many shops. The hotel itself has been luxuriously renovated. Rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you could want. The beds are so, so comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is legendary: seemingly endless choices of meats and cheeses, breads and pastries, juices, fruits, salads, and desserts. They will prepare your eggs any way you wish. There is a juicer if you prefer to press fresh orange, apple, pear, or vegetable juice, and there is an espessso/cappuccino machine so you can have your favorite coffee. (A 24-hour espresso/cappuccino/cocoa machine is also available off the lobby and dispenses hot water for a variety of teas.) We travel often and have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but Haston Old Town is at or near the top of the list!

Ultimately, it was a nice place and it had a great view, but we could never figure out how to turn on and work the climate control system and we asked for help and never got it. We asked multiple times and they assured us we would get help, but we never did. This place only gives you one pillow, which is a very, very, very small pillow per person and very minimal towels and no water. Also they charge you additional for parking. If you had parking and you came back later that night and it was anything past 10 PM it’s difficult to find parking even though they’ll tell you they have plenty of parking. It’s not like that.
