We complained about the people above us and nothing was done. It was past quiet time and nothing was done. Several times we made a request to do something including the morning and still nothing.

Beautiful views, amazing spa experience, comfortable, incredibly kind and helpful staff. Forget the fancy hotels in banff... this place is the way to go.

I don’t think it’s worth the money i paid for 3 nights, first we check in as family of 5, but we gave us only 3 towels, the bathroom sink is leaking, the key card is not working the 3rd day. It’s just not worth it and very disappointed.😔

Clean room and courteous staff and on main road, convenient

Hot tub was good. Not crowded towards the end of allotted time. 2nd floor has best view. Microwave locked and staff doesn't know how to open it. I think I saw a roach in the room.

Housekeeping kept room cleaned changed sheets/towels everyday. Property was well maintained and staff was polite and helpful.

overall a good hotel at a very good location. Good value for money. The hotel can get 10/10 score if they work on the improvements listed below. What's good about the hotel - Walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops. - Good view from the room. Rooms are spacious enough - Comfortable beds and pillows - Good shower (water temperature/pressure) Needs improvement - Cleanliness in the room. Found few hair on the bed and a sock. They quickly cleaned up after I informed the front desk - The restaurant in the lobby may not be open everyday making it difficult to plan - The breakfast discount was not much. Breakfast was expensive in the next hotel and was not a great value for the money - The hotel doesn't have laundry option - No extra bedding was provided

Other than the Air Conditioner did not work at all, it was a great place to stay.
