We stayed two nights here. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to do - including a short walk to Jemaa el fna, The bed was comfortable, shower was nice, it had everything we needed. Breakfast was on the rooftop where you were surrounded by beautiful plants. The owner was so incredibly helpful in arranging a taxi to the grocery store, Jardin Majorelle, and the airport, and in general, went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.

The staff were polite and helpful. The bathroom needed some work as the drain kept blocking. There were not enough hangers to use and the storage space was inappropriate. Overall the hotel was pleasant and comfortable.

Small riad located outside the medina. You need to be prepared to deal with staff who can be quite persistent in trying to sell extra services despite our refusals. We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. We ended up without transportation in the middle of the night, having to figure things out ourselves, and they refused to issue a refund

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits au Riad Balkiss! L’hergement est super bien positionné par rapport à la médinas, aux souk et aux lieux à visiter!! Les responsables de l’hébergement étaient tous super sympathiques! Rien à dire! Les chambres étaient biens, cependant l’unité de climatisation était dans mon unité coulait à flos. Ça rendait la chambre vraiment humide et me dérangeait durant la nuit! De plus des motos circulent la nuit dans la ruelle et ça pétarade fort!! Prévoyez des bouchons. Mais dans l’ensemble c’était très bien!

The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it.

Basic place to crash when you need it. Booked it for a night before our flight, but definitely wasn’t the true accommodating riad experience
