I booked a room at Riad Lalla Khadija, but when I arrived, they sent me to a different property instead of the one I had reserved. This was not what I booked or expected. To make matters worse, I also saw a rat at the property they moved me to, which was completely unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable.

unfortunately the bed was not set properly and the outdoor cushions were also not set on the lounge chairs before my arrival. so I had to wait for the maids to show up and do the bed.
