Chambre propre et grande avec beaucoup de rangement mais salle de bain plus petite qui mériterait une mise à niveau. Piscine vraiment petite et peu utilisable. Peu d’espace commun disponible, notamment terrasse en rénovation. Isolation des chambres, nous entendons les voisins et les bruits sur la terrasse rénovation. . L’emplacement est dans une petite ruelle très cachée, malheureusement la ruelle n’est pas nettoyée énormément de vidange et peu éclairée. What should have been an unforgettable trip to Marrakech became a nightmare because of this hotel. When I checked in, I asked for the key to the room safe so I could securely store my cash and valuables. The staff told me they would check, but they never provided the key. Before leaving for the day, I left USD 400 in my room. When my friend and I returned, USD 300 was missing. I am absolutely certain of the amount because I counted the money before leaving. I immediately informed the reception. Shockingly, they told me that a similar incident had happened before and that they would investigate. Later, they reviewed their security cameras and informed me that only the housekeeper had entered my room while we were away. However, they simply told me that she denied taking anything and therefore no action would be taken. To make matters worse, I had also paid for a guide arranged by the riad. Instead of taking me to the places I specifically requested, he repeatedly took me to stores where he appeared to receive commissions, completely ignoring what I had asked for. After the hotel’s response, I no longer felt safe staying there. I had to leave immediately and drag my luggage through the streets of Marrakech to find another place to stay. It caused enormous stress, unexpected expenses, and completely ruined what should have been wonderful vacation. I cannot recommend this property to anyone. The lack of security and the way this situation was handled were completely unacceptable

The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it.

Small riad located outside the medina. You need to be prepared to deal with staff who can be quite persistent in trying to sell extra services despite our refusals. We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. We ended up without transportation in the middle of the night, having to figure things out ourselves, and they refused to issue a refund

Basic place to crash when you need it. Booked it for a night before our flight, but definitely wasn’t the true accommodating riad experience

The staff were polite and helpful. The bathroom needed some work as the drain kept blocking. There were not enough hangers to use and the storage space was inappropriate. Overall the hotel was pleasant and comfortable.
