I do like Westin but, I ordered the WiFi. I am a member of Marriott. I still got charged on my bill. After the concert, we returned to Westin. There was blood spots in the elevator floor. Left to Parlay bar, returned 2 hours later. The blood is still on the elevator floor. No one around to notify.

When we first arrived to check in at the front desk, staff were not welcoming. A staff member who checked us in barely made eye contact, responded with YEP when we said thank you quite a few times after asking questions. No directions were provided as to where anything in the hotel was. Ie. elevators, restaurants, pool. We arrived at the room it was nice, very clean, housekeeping was accommodating, but there was a fake fingernail in the one of the sides of the bed. My son actually noticed this first when climbing in the bed. After the room was cleaned the next morning- the fake fingernail was still there. Breakfast restaurant was over priced. Ex. 8.00 for a cup of tea. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition, once we found it! Overall the hotel is beautiful with rich history. It would have been great to have been welcomed more appropriately, coming from Canada. It certainly left a bad impression on our part.

The room I booked online wasn’t available. The room I received was ok tho it had a pull out couch bed which was fine. The booking on Expedia had a breakfast buffet which you could add for an extra price per person. The hotel didn’t have a buffet but they offered vouchers for our breakfast since we paid extra. So I’ll call the hotel from now on to cross reference.

Property was made more for business travel! Was not convenient at all for stay with children! Appreciated the Starbucks but became pricey! No local restaurants other than bars - not a place I would take children! I took my girls for more of an upscale get away, the hotel did not disappoint however that was it! Parking was not easy and expensive and nothing really food wise for them

Overall, really liked the property. The first night, the air conditioning in our room shut off, which was very uncomfortable. However, after I brought it to the hotel's attention, it never happened again and the room was chilly, as my wife and I like it.

Nicely appointed room. But no sitting area or table. The pilllows had some kind of anti-theft device. Room service was self serve. I pushed in the cart and extended the table. The place is very clean throughout and smells nice. Parking is valet parking in a building behind the hotel. Would stay here again for that amount of money. Probably not.
