Great experience

Room and bathroom very clean. A few worn looks in bathroom but this is expected as some guests not as careful. Bed comfortable, sheets clean, towels great quality. Breakfast bar with great selection.

A really nice property. Clean and staff is friendly. It's not brand new but it's kept. I liked the breakfast it was more than just grab and go. The linens could use updating they smelled clean but had some stains. Nothing enough to make me complain to management. I would stay again if I'm in the area.

A Mess

Our stay was a mess. First we were given a room that someone was already in. I felt absolutely horrible walking into their room and invading their privacy. Then we were given a new room. At 10 pm, another couple was given our room and walked in as we were getting ready for bed. Terrifying that a random person had our room keys and could easily walk in when we were changing or when we were out and could have stolen our things. The beds were very small and quite hard. The bathroom was not clean. The breakfast was decent but not frequently stocked. I marked it 2 stars because the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful.

The staff at the front desk were very nice. The location was good. But… The room wasn’t completely clean. There was still food in the fridge. The TV didn’t work because someone changed it to HTMI and pulled a cable. There was a bus of teenagers who were loud both evening and morning. Someone propped the back door open at some point. The parking in the back was dark. The breakfast was mostly gone when we got there. None of the tables were clean. Our shower had 2 conditioners… no shampoo. WillI stay there again? Definitely not.

The housekeeping did my room even though I had a DND tag on my door and I had a bunch of personal belongings around. And when I told the front desk they didn’t offer anything to me as compensation. They just said sorry and moved on. If that hadn’t happened I would have stayed there again.
