The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was outstanding. It was healthy and had so many great options. We liked the little courtyard for walking. We didn't have enough shower towels in our room when we arrived but the staff gave it to us when we asked. They were also helpful in getting a playpen for my Goddaughter. The room was decently clean but in wall corners, bathroom edges and the bathtub there was visible dirt. Nothing major. Fridge shelves had water all over them as if it looked like it was defrosting from a previous incident. We would stay again. I stayed at another Sonesta and had a worse experience so I am happy that this one was much better. Thank you.

We had a two bedroom room. One of the rooms bathrooms had not been cleaned along with a few areas of the bedroom. When we let the staff know they sent in a person to clean it and all she did was empty the trash. The floor of the kitchen was also very sticky, and the countertop had not been wiped down in the kitchen. I get that they are understaffed, however they really need to do a better job of cleaning the rooms.

Clean and friendly staff!

The room was VERY clean. Nice comfy couch to watch TV in the sitting room area. The kitchen was also very clean. There is a hot breakfast buffet with eggs, meat, cereal, breads, yogurt and a pancake maker. The pancakes were tasty and hot! There is some updating to the hallway base going on but the hallway had no mess. The hotel could use some updating but overall I was very pleased. This is the second time I’ve stayed here (3 days at a time) and will stay here again next business trip.

The elevator on the property is in need of a deep clean, with stains on the door, the walls and the entry. Despite asking for body wash to be filled in the shower in my room, it was not during my 3-night stay, despite the front desk sharing that it was.

Try the Hampton!

We had a late check in after a concert and I made the mistake of doing a quick google review check prior to booking. Initially, the reviews looked to be great which was hard to find in that area. Upon check in, the receptionist gave us keys to a room that was either occupied or dirty. So we trudged back and she seemed annoyed that she had to give us another room. The elevator was filthy and premises did not look very clean at all. We got settled into our room and ready for bed. When I flushed the toliet it started overflowing and water was shooting out from the tank. It immediately started flooding the bathroom so we grabbed our belongings and ran downstairs to tell reception. I told her she may want to call for help ASAP, but she slowly took us to another room instead and that toliet was plugged as well. Yikes! At this point, my kids were tired, scared and I asked if we could simply get a refund and leave. She said no, it had already processed. So we finally got into a room with a working toliet near the previous room which had completely flooded by the time we walked back by it. The guest underneath us also had water coming thru the ceiling. The entire situation was so unprofessional and sketchy. I kept telling myself we only had to sleep there! I will say the manager was very friendly and apologetic the next morning, I do feel bad for her but I'm upset I was not allowed to be refunded. $140 for one night in this hole was absolutely crazy.

Terrible Experience

They overbooked our room and all rooms were booked on that day. So we had to go find another hotel. Front desk staff told us that we should try nearby hotel but did not help us to call to check availability or anything. The told us that it will be canceled once we canceled the reservation on hotels.com but ended up charging us even we did not stay. We had to drive back to the hotel on the next day to get our money back. We were lucky we were still nearby There is no compensation from them and they just blamed the hotels.com for the overbooking. On side note, we ended up staying at one of the Marriott hotel and explained why we ended up to the hotel and they told us that if it happened there, Marriott provide a room or if all rooms booked, they pays for the another hotel as compensation. From now on we will only stay Marita hotel. We use hotel.com often and never have had this problem other than this hotel. This was terrible experience we never have had before and are disappointed in their customer service.

For the most part everything was great with a few exceptions , breakfast was a joke. Horrible selection nothing was readily available for the customers although the employees new exactly wanted to come and grab and then everything was empty and she didn't refill and we got there exactly when it opened but the employees they gotten all the eggs and sausage it was just a joke. They should have a couple of elevators not just one that takes you to your floor you have to walk quite a bit to get where you're going to your room there's only one entrance and exit door so we have to be wearing your walking shoes
