Typically I don’t stay at Best Western properties but I’ve stayed here twice and it’s pretty comfy. The rooms are clean and so are the bathrooms. I would stay here again and recommend it to others as well. Thank you.

Honestly we had to switch rooms twice. The first room had garbage all around and the baseboards had fallen off in different sections. Not impressed and staff wasn’t even phased by our complaint they just shrugged and said it was not the first time they’d gotten these complaints.

Great option for travel of all kinds

Skyline is one of the few places I choose when staying near the airport. Professional staff and clean rooms. The restaurant and bar offer a reasonable selection at a good price point. Note it stays open until 10pm so plan accordingly.

Upon check in the clerk was very professional, friendly and smiled during the whole check in process. I had an issue with room, the next clerk was very apologetic, and report my concern to management, who then took care of it!! This property is very clean, quiet with comfortable beds!!! My only issue was no pool towels or room towels! Housekeeping took care of it immediately!! I definitely will stay there again!

Keeps getting better!

So lucky to have found this hotel! Skyline has been operating less than a year while they renovate the property. Surprisingly there was very little noise and the finished area is very nice. The staff are helpful and friendly. The lobby is pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was strong with plenty of hot water and good quality products. Food in the restaurant was okay to excellent - the chicken Caesar wrap was the best I’ve ever had. And the airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Even in the middle of the night! I know where I’m staying next time I fly to DTW. Thanks Skyline!

I was just here on 8/19/25 and the cables did not work in my room nor did the a/c. I contacted the front desk to advise they said they would call me back. Never heard anything back from staff. Currently waiting on Expedia to issue a refund due to the inconvenience.
