Dirty, old and horrible customer service.

Did not receive the room I booked. Hotel did not accept any responsibility. Room was old and had mold growing in multiple places. No toiletries. Disgusting condition overall.

Staff was exceptional! Very friendly and accommodating. Overall a very good stay. Only issue we had was that our room smelled like cigars. Other than that, we felt safe, and had a great dining option within walking distance.

I surprised the little people in my life with a night at the hotel. They went swimming and we put up tents in the room for them. They had a blast. Sugar and Pizza! Everyone was helpful and very nice!

When we arrived, we were asked to provide our credit card for incidentals. Not suspicious at all. We expected it. What we didn’t expect was our stay to be overcharged by very significant amount. Please don’t try getting anyone at Hyatt to help either as all responsibility is left with the Hotel site where reservation occurred. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

The breakfast was marginal there was good variety but the eggs, sausage and potatoes were marginal. We ate out on the third day so not really a value. No water provided in the room. I would expect more from Hyatt

I go here to relax. The breakfast is okay, wish they had waffles or pancakes. Anything I asked, I was helped with no problem. I did need a microwave but I request one too late that night, I was told all housekeepers were gone and wait until morning. I appreciate the staff letting me back in to get something I forgot after checking out. They are very nice there! I would go back again.
