The receptionist that checked me in gave me the incorrect number for a second night stay. When I tried to book my second night they did not honor that number. My room was not properly cleaned there was hair all over the room . On the towels and in the shower. I would like to be compensated for the poor service and standard of cleanliness here.

The staff at the hotel was helpful and did what they could to make our stay more comfortable. However, the first room we were in had a previous guest’s dirty clothes under the bed, the closet had an awful smell and we found a bed bug in the room. When we alerted the staff of the bed bug, they had us move rooms, to a much smaller room as that’s all they had available. Overall, I wouldn’t stay at this property again. The staff mentioned we should be getting a refund for the room but have yet to receive a credit.

The room we checked in had dog or cat hair all over the carpet from the guest that used the room also the other room I stayed in had old trash up under the sink in the kitchen from the previous guest….i really had a video vs photos tho our room was switched I booked two double rooms n got two king rooms I didn’t even get what i thought I was paying for.!!!!
