This property was supposed to refund stay. We were exposed to mold in our first room. I have the photos. They ended up moving us rooms and that room did not have a shower curtain. They were annoyed we asked. The blow dryer was dangerous and did not turn off the buttons were broken. The girl at check in was great and very nice.

We stayed 3 nights. We were in Michigan for a funeral. Breakfast was a joke! Pancake machine never worked. Nobody stocked the food after a family or group ate and nothing was left. Juice machine was always empty. Our room always felt wet. The air conditioner did not work correctly, so everything felt soggy. As most hotels do now they do not clean your room, so you have to exchange your towels and empty your trash. I do NOT recommend this hotel at all! Holiday Inn needs to do better!

The room they sent me to had not been serviced.I pull back the blanket on the bed and the sheets had not been change. D, there was tissue under the covers. I don't know if somebody blew their nose or for what are they used to use the tissues. The fan was running when I came into the room and it was noisy and not blowing cold air. At all they offered to move me but the damage had already been done

I was placed in a handicap room. I am not handicap. Everything was for a person in a wheelchair. Shower head moldy; room look like it has not been dusted at all; cobwebs on headboard and dirt around the refrigerator. Overall I would still stay at this hotel as I have in the past. This is the first time I had a problem
