Check in was a breeze. The gal at the front desk was very personable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit loud, as the hotel is close to a main road, but that's expected. The hotel is very close to the outlet mall, which includes an awesome aquarium. I'd stay here again.

Toni, at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us get a 2nd room for our son and grandbaby close to us that was ready in time for the baby to take a nap long before official check in time. All the other staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Free breakfast was great! Hotel was what you’d expect with a Holiday Inn Express- not bad by any means, but nothing special at all. We flew in that afternoon and my son and Father attended a concert at Pine Knob which was why we stayed there for the night- we’re from Florida, and hotel rooms with carpet creep me out- hotel rooms here in Florida don’t usually have carpet. This hotel has carpet in the rooms, which I know is typical for Michigan for the most part. Other than that, not bad. Pillows were really uncomfortable and flat- and when we asked for extras, they said they didn’t have any. Really not terrible if you’re just passing through and need a place to stay. Wouldn’t stay for a long stay, though. Excellent location- can walk to the Great Lakes Crossings mall and several other restaurants nearby!

Property was very clean and newly renovated. Employee at front desk for our check-in was very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the free breakfast offered at the hotel. Only drawback we experienced was there no hot water for the shower. It was barely lukewarm. Good water pressure though. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would come back.
