First room was filthy moved to a new room floor in bathroom was wet when we wiped it up the towel turned black. No dishes in kitchen or silverware what the point of the kitchen? This hotel needs to be cleaned badly 😩

This place didn't really match the pictures at all. The staff was minimal and worst of all the showers didn't come with shower curtains. You had to go ask the front desk for one. And the towels and shower curtain had random hairs on them... Definitely a low quality stay.

Conveniently located for my needs. Linen was clean. Carpet was soiled and greasy . Dust all around perimeter of room and refrigerator top. All kitchen cabinets and drawers unkept with crumbs and dirty. Desk lamp didn't work.

If you can stay anywhere else I would recommend it. Upon checking in the staff was not very informative. They did not tell us when breakfast started or ended and they staff member was unable to tell us what was served at breakfast. Also, we were never given the WiFi information and when we came down to inquire after calling multiple times from the room, I found a hand written note that said the staff member was on break for the next 30 min. There was a hotel guest in the lobby so I asked them about the WiFi password and they couldn’t remember the password and that the WiFi was so terrible he was using someone’s cellphone hotspot as WiFi. Our bed skirt had white spots on one side towards the head of the bed (looked very much like body fluid) and we were told we could get an extra blanket. The room smelled like smoke every time the AC ran. The side of the fridge was covered in food particles and grease, the floor was sticky, there was a black handprint on our shower wall, and the pad lock for the door was coming off with the screws popping out every time we engaged it over the door at night.
