Safe...... a lot of parking. This property is in serious need of a total remodel. In our bathroom the doorjams are rusting, grout around tub floor is cracking and shoddy attempt to fix with caulk with filth and grime everywhere. Holes in the walls with evidence they tried to patch them up.....the hotel smells bad. It's just NASTY. The breakfast area is filthy, the coffee canister area - yuck. And the Breakfast advertised is is joke. I have never seen anything so sad offered as a breakfast. To have the Windham name associated with it caused us to book it....now we greatly regret doing so.

I wish I could send photos to you for review. Hotel is in need for some major upgrades. Holes in walls, bathroom tiles falling apart etc. Even the breakfast had moldy oranges. I have all of the photos if needs.

The person at the front desk was exceptionally unprofessional and extremely rude. I came to the front desk requesting fresh towels and placed the used towels on the countertop for him. He said that they did not have any towels. I asked him to deliver them to my room when available. He stated:”no we don’t do that” I asked what I should do to get fresh towels and he said that I should “check periodically with the front desk” He then grabbed the used towels from me and threw them on the floor next to my feet. The bathroom was filthy and the chair in the bedroom was badly soiled.

The staff at night was sitting on the couch on his phone, didn't bother to greet anyone. They upgraded my room - the hot tub was gross, the toilet kept running and the shower door wouldn't close. Nice upgrade - Not! In the morning the coffee was out and no one around to fill it or other food items. I would not go back.

I stayed here for a conference. I intentionally booked a suite room due to the fact it had a refrigerator and small stove top warmer. The room did not have any drinking glass silverware just the kitchen no amenities. My bedroom TV did not work I called to notify front desk and a nice gentleman came down to help but the only thing he could offer me was an apology because he couldn’t help and there was no maintenance available.
