The person at the front desk was exceptionally unprofessional and extremely rude. I came to the front desk requesting fresh towels and placed the used towels on the countertop for him. He said that they did not have any towels. I asked him to deliver them to my room when available. He stated:”no we don’t do that” I asked what I should do to get fresh towels and he said that I should “check periodically with the front desk” He then grabbed the used towels from me and threw them on the floor next to my feet. The bathroom was filthy and the chair in the bedroom was badly soiled.

The staff at night was sitting on the couch on his phone, didn't bother to greet anyone. They upgraded my room - the hot tub was gross, the toilet kept running and the shower door wouldn't close. Nice upgrade - Not! In the morning the coffee was out and no one around to fill it or other food items. I would not go back.

I stayed here for a conference. I intentionally booked a suite room due to the fact it had a refrigerator and small stove top warmer. The room did not have any drinking glass silverware just the kitchen no amenities. My bedroom TV did not work I called to notify front desk and a nice gentleman came down to help but the only thing he could offer me was an apology because he couldn’t help and there was no maintenance available.

There was a nice older man working the desk. I overheard him say that there were no other rooms available for another Patron when I was checking in. It was almost midnight when I checked in and I got a room on the first floor. When I answered the room there was the kitchen area and it smelled like something either had died or someone left rotten trash in there for a week. I was literally gagging. I told the gentleman at the desk about it and he gave me some air freshener spray which definitely did not fix the issue. I had to hold my breath when I entered the room each time and would only stay in other parts of the room. The rooms are big but there were brown smears and boogers on the wall, there was mildew in the shower , the paint on the walls look like it hadn't been touched up in 20 years. I'm not sure if I was supposed to expect this for the price I paid but the smell was horrible and all you could hear was people running up and down the stairs.
