Congratulations to the property owners for this wonderful property and their staff. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The common areas were available, clean and spacious enough to accommodate many small groups, coming and going. There were nice spaces on the property, inside and outside, and never felt crowded even with a few larger bus groups staying over. Thanks again for a wonderful stay, see you next trip.

Hotel was nice, had the best sleep there however the staff was very rude. One time as I was walking in with the dog, I was greeted with a "what room are you in?" No hello. No smiles, nothing. When I asked her why she was very defensive and more rude and said with attitude "well. U have a dog, i need to know!" I mean i had paid $75 extra for the dog so was really unecessary. There are also ways to deliver a question. Also dont expect the room to be cleaned ever..i was leaving as early as 9 and 10am and nothing. One time i had to ask the guy at the desk to send somebofy cause trash was accumulatng. Other then that, place was quiet and peaceful.

We booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool, and during our 2 night stay we were looking forward to enjoying the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed both days. We were not informed of this prior to arrival, and were not offered any compensation due to its closer. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Next time, we will stay at a nearby hotel for a cheaper rate with no pool.

Bed was hard as a rock, tables not cleaned upon check in. Rude staff. Called to confirm Handicapped bathroom, it wasnt now way for handicapped person to get into shower. Broken elevator.
