Some good and some bad but would stay again

The staff was incredibly friendly and the check-in process went really smooth. The capped wires under the HVAC in the room were a bit surprising and the lack of hot water when I wanted a shower was a let-down. The bed was comfortable and we were grateful to have a place close to the airport, though we could've done without someone setting the in-room alarm to go off at 2:45am... All in all, we like Comfort Inns and will continue to use them, even though sometimes there are some surprises.

I arrived late, after midnight and the room was cold. I turned up the heat, it took a long time to warm up. I went to bed shortly after I got there, the bed was cold too. I paid for all night (whether I showed up at all or not, I paid for all night) the heat could have been turned up before I got there.

shuttle service was great. Breakfast was good. Our room was not very clean and a little rundown, but the beds were nice. One of the employees got into a major fight with another person outside our room at 11 o’clock at night. It was ridiculously loud and unnecessary. At times, staff was very friendly at others. They were not very informative and aloof.

We always stay at this property because of the price and proximity to the airport. It is also nice to be able to go to the little bar /restaurant to get a bite to eat and a drink before a well-deserved vacation.
