Everything was very clean and comfortable atmosphere was good The only downfall was the pool. The water was very cloudy so we didn’t get to go swimming. Other than that. Everything was great. Staff was amazing.

the room and building was fairly clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was not very comfortable and I didn't get much sleep the 2 nights we were there. Breakfast was just ok. no major complaints.

Better to stay in a bus stop bathroom

Maybe because I used a broker “Hotels.com” I got the worst room in the place-right at the lobby. Noise all night long. I called the front desk and complained. Did NO good. I asked to be moved the following morning. I was told that one of their agents tried to call me to tell me that I could NOT be moved. A lie-no call on my phone. That afternoon several kids 50(?) came in and they got good rooms, but I couldn’t be moved. They hung around the lobby. Anyway, I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Ever. So no more using brokers. I’ll direct order my own reservations from now on. Regarding cleanliness: I moved the nightstand out to use an outlet and it was filthy behind it. Hadn’t been vacuumed behind it in a year I bet.

The staff at this hotel exemplify professionalism. To a person, they are polite, helpful, responsive and empathetic. Our room was clean and neat, and the hotel was was very quiet.

Breakfast every morning. Good if you have kiddos. Fresh lemon water was the best. Hot water was hot and cold was cold. Gonna miss it. Only issue was the fridge. It was freezing the drinks. But everything else was great. Planning on going back again gor another family vacation

The property it self was very nice, clean. I wish with the pool size there was a adult swim time without all the kids like 9-10 pm or something. I also feel like the breakfast was lacking in variety.
