The bed was very comfortable. The place was quiet at night. I did sleep well. The place was not clean. There was a hand print of something on the door. There was no working lamps- all the bulbs were burned out, i had to go down to lobby to get one. The cover on the bathroom vent was hanging by 1 screw. There were not even cups in the room. There were so many small- easy to fix items that needed to be done. Completely run down. Filthy & gross

Do not under any circumstances, book a room here. I was in the room five minutes and left. They were bugs, and it was filthy. A man in the lobby at midnight when I was checking in, was bumming a cigarette from me. Another man was drinking a beer and walking around at midnight in the lobby like he was at home. Because it was nonrefundable I lost $152. Any good reviews are fake. It’s filthy. It looks like a place where people go for the weekend party. Again do not under any circumstances book a room at this hotel unless the above sounds good to you.

Absolutely disgusting! We left as soon as we checked in . People screaming , smelt like weed, tampon in the middle of the hallway ...felt completely unsafe!

There were no trash cans in the suite at all, not in the bathroom or in the living area. In the bathroom, the shampoo and conditioner were not new, they were opened and half used. Also, my toilet paper was not new, and was just sitting on the counter, not on a roll.

Me and my son were going to stay in addition, on night. As we did extend, our stay passed the initial schedule. However, they told me that as long as we cleared out of the room with our belongings and gave them time to clean it that they would give us our room back upon our return. And when we returned, they did not allow me to have the room they up the price. And they cost me and my son to sleep in the parking lot in the car. Because by that time we had nowhere else to go.

I was at this property no longer than 20 minutes. The property was disgusting and not clean. The staff are rude.

We did not even stayed in the hotel. While checking in, we found the room is not clean, lobby was full of trash, people were smoking weed inside the hotel. Bad security. Asking for the refund. Not deserving any points. Never thought expedia recommend such a hotel.
