Excellent service Everything is brand new. The breakfast is one of the beat I've had in this level of hotels. The amenities in general were excellent. Super clean and the beds are very comfortable and new. Perfectly clean sheets and the room was impeccable as was the bathroom. Very quiet location. I would like to tell people, if you are exiting your room, in ANY hotel ANYWHERE. Please DON'T SLAM YOUR DOOR! LoL

Staff were very helpful and checking in was fast. Unfortunately when we were assigned our apartment the air conditioner was not working. Staff came to repair but when we came back from shopping the air cond died again. Rang reception again and another guy came to repair. Requested for change of apartment and finally got upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment instead of 2 after looking at a few of them.
Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

We stayed here on a trip through the Southwest with family from France. Since this was their first trip to the U.S., we carefully laid out the trip to avoid any problems. Then, we got here......
We appreciated being booked in rooms next door to each other since we had made a reservation for two rooms, weeks earlier. Kayenta does not look like a good place to be without a hotel room already lined up. It is a long distance to alternatives. However, when we stepped in our room, the furniture was pulled away from the walls as someone had obviously been working on something. We contacted the desk. They did not come to the room nor assure us the problem would be solved. They sent the maintenance man. He was obviously working in other rooms as it took him some time to arrive. He apologized and began working on the issue. We put our things in the room and agreed to wait for it to be fixed. Unfortunately, he locked us all out as the dead bolt was faulty. They had to remove the window to get in to unlock the door to continue working on the issue. Not cool. And, never did the front desk bother to step over or check on the situation. It took hours.
There is a great gift shop here, if you can get your money out of your room. There is a great restaurant, too, if you can clean up for dinner, if you can get into your room. Maybe this was a fluke, but it was not pleasant. The maintenance man was embarrassed and apologized. The front desk never made an effort to reach out to us.
