We booked our room based of ratings (8.6), that was not what we found. Our room left a lot to be desired. The curtain didn’t even cover the window and was tacked on, the bathroom floors were not clean, we literally ran out of toilet paper (we were there for less than 12h total)and no extra roll in the room. The front desk clerk was friendly but knew nothing about the area. Overall mediocre stay.

We needed to switch room upon arrival, they were very understanding and took care of our needs right away. I wish the futon was softer.

The spacious room aka condo unit was a 2 bedroom/2 bath with dining and living area and a full kitchen. The units all have trees behind which made for a lovely setting. A pool and hot tub and kiddie pool area was usually fairly busy and an adult hot tub 104 degrees was our go-to. Peaceful, relaxing and close to hiking - all we were wanting. We highly recommend!
