We came to flagstaff for the kids to attend the NPX. Staying at Embassy suites was convenient because of the two room suites, the microwave and the refrigerator. The made to order breakfast was awesome and made it easier to start the day for the kids fed. Location of this hotel made it easy to find nearby restaurants.

We stayed here for 3 nights in mid-November. We weren't thrilled with the room we were given but the person who checked us in gave us alternate choices and for a small upgrade fee we moved to a larger, nicer room. The open atrium, pool, and rooftop areas looked very inviting. Unfortunately, the cooler temperatures kept us from enjoying these areas. Reds Restaurant on the premises is super convenient and their breakfast is excellent!
The staff is extremely friendly. We hiked everyday and the staff gave us lots of information and tips on trails, etc.

The hospitality has changed. It used to be very homey, now not so much. They can in to make the bed but no clean sheets and didn't sweep the food off the floor. Also, I think I was bitten by something in that room.
