Our reservation was for two days. On the second day, our key didn't work; this happened for several people in our group. The room door would not lock unless we forcefully tried a few times; in fact, a stranger walked into our room accidentally by simply pushing on the door. Room was not made up during our stay. When we arrived, there as one piece of "Kleenex" in the room; I had to go back down to the front desk to get more. Construction in the parking lot was loud and in the way. Hotels should warn customers at the time they make the reservation that there will be construction.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a nice selection of instant/ frozen meals and snacks for purchase which worked out great for us. The hot tub was okay, it would be better if the water is hotter.

Talk to two people about late checkout and a friend with both and still got woke up at 11:00 AM instead of the 1 PM like they said they would allow us to have. We got in after 3:30 in the morning due to storms so we were hoping to be able to sleep in, but we couldn’t be left alone to sleep. Very frustrating. Then the lady in the morning at the front desk act like I was inconveniencing her when I was checking out because she had to call me to see if we were checking out at 11 when we had confirmed it for 1 PM.

Access to the room wasn't very easy. There was construction being done that took up half of the parking lot due to the construction vehicles parking in the hotel parking lot. I did enjoy our room. It was spacious and very clean. The hotel is also in a great location right by the main highway for travelers looking for a quick stop on their journey. There are multiple restaurants withing a block or two of the hotel as well. I would stay here again.

Everything was very nice. Staff was very helpful. The only thing was because the hotel was so large and long it only had one elevator on one end of the building, so one would have to go all the way to the other end of the building to either get a cart or to take your suitcases out to your car. However, it was a very nice hotel. At least they had one elevator and we were grateful for that.
