I really enjoyed staying, I would absolutely stay again if I visit Destin in the future. My room wasn't cleaned the first morning of my stay and It was pretty noisy around my room, but I still loved the property.

I think the first day was the worst. I was punch by the elevator the first day. It ended up smashing my hand. When we came into the room the floor was so dirty it turned our feet black. They had someone come up and clean at about 4:30PM. We left the room until 9:30PM. When we came back the room was still open and no one was in our room. I asked the manager to call me, but didn’t reach out to me the whole stay… and still hasn’t reached out to me to this day. The TV was having service issues glitching and couldn’t watch live tv. Then we couldn’t access Netflix as it froze on screen. I had to disconnect the HDMI and use my computer. Outside of all that the wall pegs were brutal. I ran into those so much I bruised my shoulder. Not staying here ever again. The people at front desk were amazing and the lady doing the food in the morning was a legend and should be promoted to queen of the business’s

Staff was not the friendliest. Rooms are only cleaned every other day (which is fine) but we never had enough toilet paper left in the room after it was cleaned.

Housekeeping needs to tend to rooms. There for 4 nights and they came once. With the beach nearby the rooms fill with sand on the floors, in the sheets, etc. Would have been a much more pleasant stay with daily housekeeping.

Really great place and affordable, staff was helpful and kind, would have appreciated daily housekeeping as sheets and floors quickly became sand filled from daily trips to the beach and towels piled up in the bathroom. Housekeeping only came the last day.

Loved the room with bunk beds for the kids. The breakfast each morning was delicious with good options. The check in and check out process was quick and efficient. Kids had fun in both indoor and outdoor pools. You cant beat the location across the street from Henderson State Park.

I like that the property is near a Walmart and near the beach. Also like the inside pool. What I didn't like is the smoked sausages for breakfast every morning. Would have loved some variety...bacon, pork sausage, etc.

Excellent place to stay

This was what I have come to expect out of Hotels.com. The room was clean the area outside the hotel was clean. The bedding was clean with no stains and there was no bugs anywhere.
