Always wonderful, clean, friendly and comfy. This is the first time our room was not as clean as it usually is. A couple of pillow cases weren't clean, it can happen. We love staying jet and will continue to do so.

Was okay

Check-in process was a bit ridiculous but the front desk associate was very kind. I really enjoyed the room that I was in except for the fact that the bathroom fan didn’t work so it would start the smoke alarm. Also, the lock on my window was broken, and the screen was completely sliced Like someone had broken in before. Plus around the side of the building that I was on was the darkest on top of it. First day I was there. I put a do not disturb sign on the door, but the needs felt the need to still go inside my room and touch things.

I had a great 4 night stay but I only can give it 4 stars. I booked the room with the in room jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping cleaned every day, which isn’t common in hotels now. The local shuttle was great and we didn’t have to order uber/lyfts if we were in the local area on weekdays. There were some cons. The WiFi was very poor and my hotspot barely worked too so I had a hard time working remotely. The pool and jacuzzi was closed. Our room’s central heat would stay on, even when we turned it off. It was over 80 degrees at one point and we had to keep the windows open. Also, it took us a while to realize that the jacuzzi tub wasn’t plugged in so we had to reach our hand underneath the tub to do so. Overall, I would stay here again. I hope they improve the wifi.
