I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Eddie, who by far was the nicest person in the staff who was the shuttle driver. He welcomed me when he saw me standing at the airport and made me feel like I have known him my whole life. Hardworker who goes above and beyond his normal job requirements and goes the extra mile to make people smile.

Short Stay in Denver

I generally enjoyed my stay here. The hotel shuttle pickup and drop off was a blessing for a first time visitor to Denver like me. I had called to arrange pickup time but missed it because the airline had left one of my bags behind (I didn't know it at this time). So, I was inside the airport longer than I had anticipated and the driver left. He couldn't call me directly because I did not a US line. Once I was ready to leave the airport, I called a for pickup a second time and they were gracious enough to come back for me. The complimentary breakfast spread was really nice too. My colleagues who had lodged in other ( more expensive) hotels were surprised at the extra perks that came with my stay at Sylo. An added bonus was that there was a Walmart and other shops less than a 10 minutes drive away. I did have a few complaints about noise and security deposit, but thise were promptly addressed by the staff. All in all, I will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
