This was the worst hotel stay my family has ever experienced. This place should not be open for service. Upon walking in and seeing patchwork walls, standard lobby items stacked on mobile shelving units and what looked like a temporary check-in station, we thought maybe they just set up for renovations. Then we walked into our room, #117 right off the lobby, and it's condition was absolutely shocking. Had we not been travelling with our kids and gotten there at about 11:30pm we would have refused to stay, but we needed sleep - which we didn't get until 2hrs later because the staff and a friend loudly conversed in the lobby until 1:45am. A place in this condition should not be allowed to serve, much less charge, people. The online ad photos for this location are not a true depiction. See my attached pics. Wall cracks, falling ceiling, old disgusting toilet, damaged walls, no door lock, stained couch with tears in it. I should be refunded every cent. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And, breakfast? Would you eat here? No thanks. Absolutely unacceptable on every level.

This was the absolute WORST hotel experience I have ever had. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke, the second room had what looked like tobacco leaves on the sheets and pubic hairs on the tub and toilet. The third room had just the tobacco leaves on the sheets, and the final room still had the previous guests used bath towel hanging behind the door. In addition, the bad frame in this room was not secured to the wall, and every time I got in or out of bed the bed would roll. My wife has some physical disabilities, so this was a huge safety concern. We went ahead and stayed because it was nearly midnight by the time we got into the final room. Nobody is willing to help compensate us for this piss poor experience because per the hotel, "it was booked through a 3rd party site." Hotel.com customer service can only give me a $25 credit towards my next booking. I have escalated this to the hotel customer relations team and am waiting for their investigation...not holding my breath.

Staff memebers smoked at front entrance to building. My clothes smell like an ashtray. The room was falling apart and black mold growing in the bathroom. Entire building smelled like cigarettes and weed. Drug paraphernalia in parking lot and bushes including needles and baggies. Only one outlet worked in the room so we had to take turns charging our phones. 0 out of 10. Do not recommend

Nightmare of a Motel stay away

Checked in to the motel got room 312 no hot water in the sink the doors had holes in them. Bed was uncomfortable and then my car gets towed and no one has any information on who when and where also why!!! Never stay again

Worst hotel I've stayed at.

Absolutely the worse hotel my and my family stayed at during our week long roadtrip. There were many bugs, centipedes, and other insects found all over the room; in the toilet, under the bed, in the main area. Walls had drywall mud patches all over that weren't finished. Toilet srat was cracked. Breakfast was terrible.
