The property, cleanliness and staff were great. Neighborhood and clientele were a bit sketchy. I rode elevator down from 5th floor with two large pitbulls. I did not want to walk in parking lot at night.

Room was very dated and in poor condition. Bathtub looked dirty and the water faucet fell off when trying to turn on the shower water. There was a hole in the bathroom door, mold and rust on the light fixture, and the air conditioning ran none stop. Even after the thermostat was shut off.

I arrive at 11:30 pm, the person in the reception was very rude, she told me the expedia reservation does not appears, and that i have to contact expedia. I tryied to contact expedia and was imposible. I told the lady that i have a confirmation and a receipt from expedia and she ask me to leave the property, that there are no room and I am not allowed to stay, i insisted that i pay to expedia and she told me you need to leave and call security. I took a taxi and stayed at Hampton Inn Suites Aurora. I hope expedia refunds my money and explained what has hppened here. I have been expedia client for more that 10 years, never have a problem, but this is totally unacceptable.
