Bad area not well cleaned reasonably comfortable

Arrived after the 3pm check in time. Told new furniture was being delivered and had to wait 20+ minutes. There was no new furniture. Headboards were nasty and had some kind of spray or grease on there. Two beds each comforter had some kind of brown stain on it. Carpet and floor was pretty gross looking. Beds were comfortable though. And the AC kind of worked so it wasn’t hot at all. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Fridge kept making a sound all the time but did work. The area around the hotel was not good. Lot of broken glass in the parking lot from I assume Broken in cars. But right off the freeway so easy to access. Parking wasn’t great. Breakfast was fine. Staff was fine.
