Convenient location. A lot of attention to detail. Very nice room, cool paintings and very comfy bed. They provided eye masks and ear plugs, which made sense because the walls were thin but did not bother us, there was not a lot of movement at night. Parking was simple to get to as well. Overall very happy with the stay!

The hotel was fun and the decorations were very whimsical. Our unit was large, very comfortable, and the vibrating adjustible bed was great after a long day of sightseeing. They provided snacks. The roof terrace was a bonus for lounging at night.

Place was cute, area was pretty far from most restaurants and bars. Property itself was nice and clean. I️ was unable to get ahold of any property managers when needed. Also, they have automatic soap dispensers in the bathrooms that did not work so I️ kind of had to just stick my hand in a vat of soap?

What a fun place! It’s a non-traditional hotel, there’s no visible staff and no one to check in with, we were just sent a code and a room number. The room was clean, modern and uniquely decorated. Great location near downtown Denver and comes with free parking too! Hope to stay there again.

I had a lovely stay here! As a solo female traveler, I felt safe. I felt like I was staying in an artist’s apartment rather than a standard, boring hotel, complete with kitchenette amenities, a record player, and an anti-gravity bed. Anton, one of the owners, was especially helpful and kind to me. For the artsy aesthetic, convenient location, and easy communication, the price was great! If I ever visit Denver again, I will come back here!

5 Stars and a Great New Hotel

What a great idea for a hotel. Got to meet the owner and he set me up with nearby restaurants and everything I needed. The hotel is brand new and off the chart cool. I am used to staying at expensive hotels but I will be back to this gem next year. And by the way while staying there, go visit the US Mint which is about 2 minutes away. Rooms are soundproof, and everything you need is right there. I initially that that having an automated hotel would be odd, but it worked out perfectly. The owner is always around and a great guy. And finally, think about the concept of free parking downtown in Denver-- don't just think about it-enjoy it here.

Very nice property with off street parking! Cute room with a comfy zero- gravity massaging bed. Very secure. I'd highly recommend staying here. Much more cozy than an average hotel room. Even has a little kitchenette!

Cute place - needs someone available for problems

The room was cute and incredibly comfortable. The breaker tripped in our room using the zero gravity bed and tv and there’s no one on site to report that to. We had no power in half of our room the rest of our stay. Additionally, there were some incredibly loud tenants blasting music that kept us up late and again there is no one to report issues to.
