I booked this hotel specifically for the outdoor pool. Unfortunately it was not up and running. I wish there had been an alert on their website. Also, there was no coffee maker in the room. The room overall was very average.

The good: The continental breakfast was very good. It was the same thing each day, but enough variety. The bad: The pool was open when I booked supposedly, but closed for the season when we got there a month later. Was not good for a week family vacation. The wifi was very slow you could not watch TV in the evening. The filters on the air conditioner were very dirty and was loud. Bathroom fan did not work.

Perfect!

Wonderful stay, great location, friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend. Stayed here for a mother daughter trip to see Sheryl Crow at Red Rocks. Was about a 10 min uber drive, just perfect. This hotel is conveniently across from a huge mall with everything you can need and want including restaurants, shopping, Target etc. Clean hotel, great selection for the breakfast included (we toasted the English muffins and made our own breakfast sandwiches with egg, bacon or ham, cheese, tomato and the most delicious guacamole) but lots of sweets to choose from as well such as waffles, muffins etc.

Ok for one night

Hotel was ok for what was needed. The pool was empty and nobody mentioned it was out of service. Also the original booking details were unclear. Upon check in I was unaware I still needed to pay at the property due to the receipt for booking stating “paid” but I was told it was only reserved and never charged my card. Clarification would’ve been nice. Bathroom is very small and water pressure was low.

The tub and bath mat were both dirty. The air conditioner had a very faint odor that smelled similar to vomit. Other than that the room was good and the property was overall good. The continental breakfast was very good, with lots of choices.

The property was nice, comfortable beds. The breakfast was good with hot items available. Wish breakfast was available a little later. Hot tub was warm but needed to be cleaned. We didnt get in. Pool was being repaired so fhe main 2 reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub which was a bummer. Overall staff was great.

We couldn’t sleep! The traffic from the highway was sooooo loud and the AC sounded like it was blowing a plastic bag around on and off every few seconds all night! It was too hot to not have it on and the traffic was too loud to have the window open.

This property is conveniently located about 6 miles from red rocks amphitheater. The beds were super comfy. The pool was closed for the season. Something about a pump and a repairman. The pool was completely drained and it was a ten foot drop accessible through your room key. I’m sure this was a liability. The room phone didn’t work so I used my mobile to call the front desk to ask for a coffee maker or tea kettle for hot tea and asked about a microwave. No microwave except in suites and they said they’d bring g us a coffee maker. Then we noticed the toilet was plugged so I called back added a plumber to the list. Housekeeping showed up with a plunger and two coffee pods. I gave the pods back and requested the coffee maker or a way to boil water. I again called the front desk and told them the housekeeper didn’t understand. We stayed four nights. We were in building b. So each morning I would get dressed and go get hot tea from the lobby to take back to the room. The staff were polite, just wasn’t operating as a best western plus property.

Just a bed

If you just need somewhere to lay your head, this will do the trick. It’s clean. The front desk guy was nice. There’s zero art or anything on the walls of the room.. it’s like you’re in an asylum. BUT it’s quiet and cheap and the bed was comfortable enough. One night max here.
