The keycard for the room wasnât working, so I had to go back down to the desk, leaving my girlfriend standing outside our room with all of our stuff. They âfixedâ it. Still didnât work, so I had to go back down. I finally asked them if they could just let us in the room for now while they figure this out. They agreed to do that, but then the woman started helping another person that had gotten there after me. She wanted to check to see that his keycard was working since mine wasnât. Okay? Can you take care of the person with the actual problem first? So my girlfriend went down after we ate our food to get our card. Still wasnât working. So I went BACK down, told them, and finally this time they were able to get it to work. But wait! Storyâs not over! After breakfast the next morning, we went back up to our room, and it wasnât working again! So we went down and they fixed it. Iâm not sure what the issue was, but it got to be pretty annoying. The staff was helpful, but they werenât very pleasant. They just didnât really say much. They would take my card, do something with it behind the desk, and just hand it back to me, saying âIt should work nowâ. Sometimes not even saying that. It was a fine enough stay, but this issue made it kind of annoying. Definitely wouldnât choose to stay there again.
