I wills like to say first my room and bathroom wee clean and enjoyable. It was a higher disappointment for being an highly spoken about hotel , 4 stars the best in Milwaukee that the customer service and staff, restaurant were the biggest let down. The day of arrival I called the front desk to ask if my room was ready and get an early check in but the front desk had me on the phone for and hour looking for my reservation and saying I had the wrong date booked? I said multiple times can I give you my confirmation number and no respond(dead air) she was doing something on the computer but I ask again, hello can I provide my number to help. she found my reservation and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and abrasiveness of the phone call no “ sorry about that I found it” nothing. So now I check in and and foen annoy my trip but at checkout I went to the restaurant and asked for a cup at coffee at 10 AM and the sever finally stopped after 10 minutes of me sitting at the bar and “I have a make a fresh pot of coffee if you really want one”..I said yes please is it that much trouble! I just wanted coffee? The house of the restaurant don’t match what the front desk told us and online when I looked up the hours on the website. what hotel doesn’t offer coffee? The bar area in the restaurant was sticky and dirty, the bar glad window was gross, like someone wiped it and left dirty streaks that accumulated dust and dirt! The restaurant bar had open wine bottles beer bottles. ..

The propriety was amazing we did enjoy the spa and all the services they offered

My wife and I were on the road and we missed our regular visits to a B&B not far from home. Saint Kate came up on our search offering a trifecta: a genuine art gallery, live music at the bar and weekend brunch. We were not disappointed. The entire hotel experience is about the arts, from the soap in the bathroom shaped like pink erasers we went to school with, to the galleries spanning two floors, to the DJ entertaining us at Saturday morning brunch that was like our B&B experience. WiFi might be underpowered here, but if you're here for work, you're missing the point of the experience. Stow the laptop, put your work phone on mute, and let your hair down and enjoy!

Instructions to find the Serenity apartments at Wauwatosa Wisconsin weren't great but once we found the actual apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, as it was immaculately clean and had everything needed for a fuss free stay. Shops and restaurants witin walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning for a longer extended stay!

Our room was very clean. We had a nice porch with 2 chairs over looking the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful,

It was less than 1 1/2 hrs from where we live but it truly felt like vacation. Casino , Room and hotel extremely clean. Restaurants were really good. Especially Breakfast and Sundance( It was our Anniversary)! Free parking and Valet! Staff very helpful because the casino is Big! We will do it again! Thank you Expedia for the Extra Perks! Thank you Potawatomi for the Great stay and Experience! We had never been her before.

Kinn Guesthouse was so secure with a code to enter the building after 7:00 pm. The code is used in the elevator and for entering the room. A large kitchen and dining area is shared by the floor, but we rarely even saw anyone else. It is in a great location and convenient to many things.
