We have stayed here MANY times and it seems to be going down hill quickly. The rooms need updating and the hotel inside and out is dirtier than when we first stayed. We agreed that this would probably be our last stay.

My Place Hotel - Shakopee MN
The trip started with them grilling me about my disability and service animal. I chose Holiday Inn for my trip to Shakopee two weeks later. Not trying to save money again not worth it.

The staff was friendly and helpful when needed, and the room we stayed in was the perfect size for 2 adults and 3 little kids! We have already booked another stay for when we plan to visit family and will more than likely continue to use this hotel for our stays in the area!

The room was spacious and clean but the hallways and common areas were under construction (I hope). The pool/hot tub area was nice and the pool was warm. The vending area on our floor was just a table and lamp but the breakfast was decent.

We to space was great. Bed comfortable. Enjoyed the snacks and drinks in the Club room. Fitness room with good equipment. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Temperature regulation was a bit rough but staff provided extra heater. Overall great stay.
