Pretty decent place for the price we paid. Seemed recently updated which was nice. Beds were comfortable. The room seemed somewhat humid (not hot, just damp). Breakfast spread was pretty minimal - cereal, bagels, yogurt, etc. Overall we had a good stay though, I would probably stay here again.

Reasonably priced stay at Spark, Eden Prairie

This hotel was clean and the breakfast was handy. My sister and I had to be in Minneapolis for four nights so really appreciated the reasonable price. I didn’t like having to sign up to be a rewards member in order to gain wi-fi access.

Highly satisfied stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The facility was clean and bright. The staff was friendly, helpful, and were glad to have a repair need brought to their attention. Breakfast was simple, but adequate. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the large tv. We would gladly stay here again.

Clean and simple

This is a recently updated, very clean hotel with very friendly staff. It's a little basic, or at least our room worth just 1 queen bed was basic. It had a small fridge but no microwave, but there's a microwave for common use in the lobby. We had just 2 towels, but did get clean ones on the 2nd day. We had a desk but only a footstool for a chair. There are no hot food options for breakfast, but the basic yogurt, cereal, muffins, bagels. They keep it simple and basic, which worked for our short stay.
