Pool was closed with no advance notice and they didn’t have any hot water when I went to shower before bed. The halls were wet and the ceiling was collapsed in one corner due to a broken pipe.

Hot tub was filthy. I grabbed a huge hairball out of the pool and threw it away. Water pressure on the 2nd floor was non-existent. Front desk staff at time of check were very pleasant and accommodating.

The room was a bit dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable and for some reason they had the box spring turned over so the open side was under the mattress. I ran out of hot water during my shower. That’s never happened to me at a hotel. Then the hot tub didn’t work. I won’t be booking at that hotel again.

The front desk girl was great, easy.Check and easy checkout.Very friendly room was was good.Everything was clean.The tub was full of water.Because the faucet dripped, and the plug was down.So the bottom of the tub was kind of gross

Clean room, staff were super nice. No comforter was provided, only 2 sheets and a thin blanket in between them. So I had to ask for 2 extra blankets. The phone in the room did not work either.

Pleasantly surprised at the value of this place... Friendly front desk staff, quick check-in, spotless room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was the usual cruisin' cuisine of free breakfasts everywhere - out of the box belly fillers but well stocked with moderate variety. The only real improvement to be made, in my humble opinion, is the coffee. I wasn't sure if it was actually coffee or a cleaning detergent doing double time. But still, great value for the price and would certainly use this establishment again should our travels bring us this way.

When i arrived they had a sign at the front desk that the pool and hot tud was temporarily down, room was dirty, hide a bed was not made, the bathroom and front room smelt like vomit. When i went to inform the front desk they came up to check it out and said she couldnt smell it when anyone walking by and the 2 others that where in my room could and it was strong. I believe its false advertising when they said there is a pool and hot tub available and wasnt in working order. The bathroom had hair on the floor, the tub was dirty and water wouldnt stop running.

Both bed frames were broken, shower curtain had mildew, shower curtain was ripped, there was tape on the walls (guessing from previous decorations). The pool and hot tub were not working. Water was turned off without our knowledge while someone was in the shower. Breakfast was not great, biscuits were hard and stale, eggs and sausage were rubbery. Staff when checking out were not able to give us a detailed receipt from our stay.

The staff was unfriendly and inattentive, the breakfast was poor (bland, bananas brown, apples overripe, milk sour) and boring, the pool and hot tub weren't working (and that was part of the reason we chose this hotel), one of the two elevators was out of order, and the tub drain was broken. I don't plan on staying there again.

The pool and hottub where closed my water was off half of my stay the staff where kinda rude my widow in my room had a Crack in it so it was cold and i was forced to put a $200 payment down for""liability"" reasons staff where very pre judgemental they made it seem like we where they're to party but our apartment had a flood and we just needed a spot for a few days and it was very poor service for the price and location
