Overall, the property is clean and convenient. The only reason I rated the service low is that we arrived a day late due to an accident on the road that left us stranded overnight. Despite discussing the situation with the front desk staff, they did not approve the refund, even though I was told there would not be a problem given the unforeseen circumstances.

The hotel was well located in DV the swimming pool was closed it their sister hotel was very close and the pool and facilities were great👍restaurants at both hotels were good. Would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing location in the middle of Death Valley. Used one of the restaurants on site. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovation but it didn't spoil the stay.

Very comfortable. Nice to sit on small patio. Dinner at the lodge was great. Dinner at the saloon was very tasty. Buffet breakfast was less then poor. I saw some Europeans eating breakfast and nearly went over to apologize. Nearly all the baked goods seemed at least a day old. Eggs were cold. Toast and coffee were good.
