Dead bugs in bathroom. Air conditioner sounded like a small engine. Uncomfortable bed, worn out couch. Totally overpriced.

In general it might work in pinch, but not as a first choice. The staff were fine. The facility is older and not dirty. Our room although had a leaky toilet base, therefore the floor was always wet so half of the towels were used on the floor to walk on. Sewer smell forced us to run a very loud vent fan all night. Could not switch rooms because it was full occupancy due to big local event. Currying trying to get a refund to say the least. I won’t be back.

I was there from Monday to Sunday (7 days) and not one time did they empty my garbage, give me clean towels, vacuum my floor or even come to my room to see if I needed anything!!! I had to call on Saturday to finally say something and they brought me clean towel for 1 night and took out my trash. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

This property is ridiculous, they charge you a certain amount over Expedia then when you don’t show up at a certain time and they’re busy they just cancel your Expedia reservation if it was “pay at property” so they make you rebook through them and charge you $150 more per room per night. If you’re not there before 8-9 pm during an event weekend they just decide to cancel your rooms, they don’t call you to make sure you’re coming they just cancel them and if/when you do show up they make you rebook through their overly high rates and won’t match or even get close to the rate you originally booked the rooms at.

Room a/c unit did not work properly and they wanted to move me around the building on the middle of night. Slept in my truck instead. Staff was unprofessional and appeared to not have a clue on what to do. Lady in front of me was given key to room and returned shortly after finding someone else in that room Coming back from motorcycle ride to Alaska and by far worst experience of the trip.

We were shown 2 rooms that smelled of smoke and mildew. The furniture was in disrepair and dingy. We cancelled our reservation and didn’t stay. The person who was at the counter complained of “Rally brain”, which we understood that the bike rally just ended but the rooms shouldn’t be rented if they aren’t cleaned.

Would Personally Look Elsewhere In Hindsight

The overall experience was a little bit of a bummer. We found hair that did not belong to my wife nor I around the room when we arrived. The hot and cold water was also reversed in the shower, which wasn’t a bit deal, but would have been nice to know in advance. There were a couple other cleanliness issues as well. Additionally, the breakfast attendant was on her phone with an ear bud in, meanwhile the breakfast bar was running low on food, and the waffle maker never got turned on to heat up. That said, the front desk worker was kind and attentive.
