First off. I tried to call early to request a double bed on the first floor was on the phone for 30 minutes without even speaking with anyone. Didn’t bother to see if anyone would eventually answer. Waited until we arrived. I did get a two bed room without speaking to anyone. But besides the beautiful ocean view this was a dud and terrible ending to our vacation. The fan in the shower didn’t work. The tv remotes didn’t work. The outlets on the bed didn’t work. Our door barely shut. My daughter’s bed was so creaky she had to sleep with my boyfriend and I. She also found the Bible in the room with a very inappropriate message on a page. The alarm in the room went off without request extremely early. Wasn’t able to fall back asleep. Will NEVER stay here again and will never refer anyone I know to this hotel.

The location is great right on the beach and close to the pier. The hotel is old and needs upgrades. There was a gap in our door over 1/4 inch and bugs and spiders could crawl through. The pool is not heated which is extremely disappointing considering how much we paid.

Hotel facilities were great! Pool and Hot tub area and outdoor areas were beautiful and updated while rooms have been patched up but appear unclean. Hotel staff worked hard to keep facility clean but bathrooms could use some work. Dogs allowed at facility so there was an odor of dog in our room and musty smell coming through our air conditioning. Temps were mild and cool in the evening so it helped to run heat in the evening. Laundry room facility on site that you can pay for on your phone- that was helpful. Breakfast with lots of options is free. We were able to stock up on apples and yogurt for snack later. The views from our ocean side room were awesome!!

Was OK. Initially, I was charged more for the rooms than quoted on Hotels.com but the service desk was able to correct it. Room was adequate. Only issue encountered in the room was lackluster water pressure and very limited hot water. Breakfast was barely edible. One other patron actually described the eggs as "putrid" and I agreed. Waffle batter and coffee were both watered down and the biscuits served with biscuits and gravy were harder than the rubber pucks used in the Stanley Cup. Hotel should avoid advertising free hot breakfast until after those issues are remedied. Ok, back to the room. We had a suite which was spacious. Beds were comfortable. But no outlets near the beds, so if you use your phone as an alarm clock, you'll have to traverse the tile floor to snooze it, or leave it unplugged overnight.

Not great. Was greeted by a lady who did not seem to want to get up off her chair as she was on her cell phone. The lobby had a TV that the volume was turned down for. Un-friendly greeting upon arrival. Hotel room is big and balcony nice. Sink and mirror outside of the bathroom and water in shower turned cold and then hot again. Older hotel but due to location feel they can charge a higher rate. Would suggest making the lobby more friendly to hangout in, hire friendly staff when you arrive. Free parking is nice.

Oceanfront New Year's Eve!

Wonderful ocean front view. Great place to stay for New Year's Eve. We could see the fireworks from our balcony. Very convenient to the main street New Year's Eve bash. However, the room smelled very musty.
