The hotel is great to stay with family. The facility is super well taken care off. Everyone was so nice. The room was in excellent conditions. The pool perfectly cleaned. Also the breakfast was ready and the dining attendant had the trays always full even it was full of people. Everyone did their jobs amazingly. Thank you.

Housekeeping service was a disaster.

My check-in at the hotel was Saturday and I didn't have housekeeping service until Tuesday because I asked for towels and toilet paper by myself. The person who works in that area was very rude and argued with me until I showed her the dirty and wet towels on the floor, that bothered me a lot. The breakfast was not bad and the front desk was very friendly. The hotel has traces of deterioration but it is understandable because it is in front of the beach and the saltpeter does a lot of damage to the property.

Elevator issue

Great visit to your hotel just needs a few tweets. Elevators are a problem due to house cleaners blocking one for their cleaning time, which is also checkout time. Being unable to use the stairs it was an issue upon leaving, I saw one being held on parking level by cleaners. You need to install service elevators for house cleaners or repair people. Thank you for a great stay and we will be back as we live on the west coast of Florida.
