For the price per night, the rooms were very dated, not well kept, our refrigerator was in very poor condition, seal was gone around door causing cool air to escape, room condition was below average for the price, no one mention parking fees, we visted many resorts, this was certainly at the bottom half, was very disappointed in stay, attached to a mame loke Hilton

Never Coming Back

This hotel is in a great location however it has gone down hill over the last couple years. The line for elevators in tower 1 is CRAZY!!!! Only a few elevators are working and one looks and feels like it is gong to break. The rooms are old and the beds are not comfortable. Mini fridge hardly kept drinks cold. There are other hotels on the same strip that are just as good and not as CRAZY. The Hilton name doesn’t mean anything at this hotel.

I want to start by saying EVERY single member of staff was incredible, above and beyond in every aspect. Everyone was one and helpful and personable. The issue was the hotel needing maintenance and updates desperately. There was only 1 working elevator during our stay, my wife got stuck in one elevator before it officially went down. The room was clean but needs updating, we were supposed to have a room with a balcony and we did not which I should’ve mentioned but check in was a bit hectic. Plan to pay every night to valet your car, and plan to wait anytime you need to leave or have the car re-parked. Location was the main reason we chose this hotel. It was close to all the things our 7 year old wanted to do, the pool was nice but got crowded so I’d go early. The beach was gorgeous. Overall we had a great time but Hilton needs to invest in fixing up their hotel. I would only book here again if I knew updates were made.

I like the location, and also the staff and service was good. The room was clean but the AC was terrible it was barely cooling. The elevators were a disaster too much traffic, we were at 3 floor and took the stairs most of the time, the rooms would greatly benefit from an update

We stayed here for our 30th anniversary because we honeymooned here! It was nice but Definitely needs some upgrades. Staff was very nice!

This was my first time staying at the Hilton on the beach in Daytona and although the stay was ok, the staff was very friendly, there were a few things that were extremely frustrating. I had to park across the street which is already inconvenient but fine, but when trying to park across the street in the hotel parking lot which charges $35 per day, there were absolutely no spots available upon my arrival. I spent 20 minutes circling around and around the lot multiple times waiting for someone to come out and leave to try to get a spot while other cars were doing the same. This was extremely frustrating after a long 3 hour drive to get there. This happened two days in a row. I really do not think it is fair to charge $35 per day for that experience two days in a row. Then on Sunday when trying to leave, I needed to be across the street for an event at a certain time but had to wait 40 minutes for an elevator!! I could not take the stairs with all my luggage so had to continually wait. The elevators were not operating properly and there were lines of people on every floor waiting for elevators. It was one of the craziest things I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Very stressful, resulting in me being late for my event. Please have someone from management contact me about this. I would appreciate it. For the amount of money I paid to stay here for two nights, I don’t believe you should have to deal with issues like this.

The valet parking staff was amazing, very courteous and friendly!! The room was disappointing! The room was small and there was rust in the tub. Very old fashioned.

Staff was wonderful! We did valet and it was so quick and great service. Hotel was clean and lots to do. Wish there was a microwave in the room for convenience.

Stayed in North Tower, not very clean. Son found handcuffs under bed, from those there before us. Had less than spectacular View, of lower garage rooftop. However, It was very convenient to beach ocean center and valet was prompt.
