Bed was very firm and uncomfortable to sleep in. Not enough umbrellas at the pool area although the pool was very nice. Access to the Beach was difficult although I realize the hurricane damaged the Facility. I also didn’t like paying for parking.

The room smelled awful, the beds were wet when we checked in and stayed humid all night, the beach access was blocked off because they haven’t fixed the stairs since Hurricane Milton 9 months ago, the parking the hotel makes you pay for has no space so you have to park across the street, and the breakfast was very limited. Best part? Their policy is no refunds with no exceptions. They must know their hotel is so awful no one would want to stay by choice. The only good part was the beach view. Not worth $300 a night at all.

Nice room overlooking the ocean, but the hotel felt unkempt; parking not fully available due to some sort of collapse in the rear parking lot and the beach stairs were in disrepair. However, very friendly and professional staff.

This location has NO beach access which they conveniently don’t tell you until after you book and pay. The breakfast on the daily lacked many options. They don’t even have a waffle maker! The room had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the entry door wasn’t secure. You didn’t have to have a key to access the room. All it took was a little bump and the door opened. The toilet had a leak around the bottom seal which daily needed to be cleaned up. The women at the front desk wasn’t friendly. They seemed annoyed to even be in customers presence. I’ve never stayed somewhere before where front desk staff ignored you as you entered or left the hotel. Parking price was outrageous at $15 a night. Parking was extremely limited and was tight. The facility definitely appears to need attention. I stayed here in 2024 and the premises has went downhill greatly. I will never be booking at this location again.

Good breakfast. Hurricane damage 8 mos ago but no signs of started repairs. Room carpet not vacuumed. Walked barefoot to the bed, left soil from my feet on white coverlet. Balcony rails paint peeling & rust on door closure. Only Hampton I've stayed at with parking charge.

The hotel was under repair. They did not disclose this when I was making reservations. Last year storms took out a wooden staircase leading to the beach. This hotel was not up to the standards of Hampton Inn I have stayed at before. You also have to pay an additional 15 dollars just to park.

Room was ok, breakfast person was excellent, pool is so bad dirty and whole area neglected. Lobby and commons areas need a lot of care and cleaning. Additionally, I booked because have beach access, however after booked received a notice about no beach access due the Hurricane damage, that hurricane was last year.

There is unrepaired storm damage that you're not inform of until after your non-refundable booking. The most inconvenient being no beach access from the hotel or outdoor shower. The staff was ok at best, but clearly annoyed by any questions or needs. The room was clean enough, but very worn. I would not stay here again.

Rooms and Halls were dirty. Used towels were not removed after 1st day and no additional towels given. The patio door would not stay closed, apparently had a broken lock. Since when does Hampton Inn charge for parking on their lot. Hotel and property still has extensive Hurricane damage. I stayed there pre-hurricane and all was fine this time major downgrade. Will not return.

Hotel did Not have access to the beach at all 👎 , had to walk 4 buildings down to get access, hot pool Not working, dogs walk area very small, Not enough parking space even they charge $ per night , from desk women not very friendly, Mostly I would Not return to this hotel, for the price I could stay in a better Hotel.

For the most part, everything was great. I only complaints are the pillows were terrible and they were also wet the first night of our stay. Also, we couldn’t access the beach from the hotel because of the damages to access the beach from the property so that was a bummer. However, breakfast was great, the pool was great and It’s clean.

The steps to the beach were not accessible due to the hurricane. There has been ample time for this to be repaired and was very inconvenient for my family as I live local. Would not stay there again. The staff was very pleasant.
