Everything was nice and clean, comfortable bed, easy access to the beach, and everything was in walking distance. My wife and I truly enjoyed our visit. Very minor dislike… Water pressure to shower wasn’t that strong and the daily parking price was a little high to be across the street. I do recommend visiting this hotel, it's a great place to stay.

Property and grounds as well as overall experience from the property was fantastic. Staff went above and beyond when we needed assistance, fantastic bar and eating experience as well.
Joe’s crab shack in pee area just a walk away fantastic fireworks where we were there from the balcony
Clean and very well maintained beach great load company provides umbrellas and chairs if you get there early enough

The Hotel was nice. Busy Memorial Day weekend. The area around the hotel is a construction. Has not changed in several years. Daytona starting to look run down.

Had a corner suite facing the ocean that was really nice. View out of the floor to ceiling windows is fantastic. Was hard for the AC to keep the room cool with the sun blasting through mid morning though. Maybe some clear heat resistant tint would help. Staff was very helpful but over whelmed at check in and check out times for the busy holiday weekend. We walked down the beach to Joe’s Crab Shack on the pier and everyone in our party said meal was good. Next morning we ate breakfast at IHOP across the street, it was alright, sort of sketchy area around the hotel. Next time I’d like to try the hotel restaurant. Beach and Pool areas were very nice. Several lifeguards positioned along the beach in front of the hotel. Views from the 22nd floor were incredible. Saturday night we watched the fireworks on the pier from our balcony with the lightning storm in the background. Was a great weekend overall and I’d go back for sure.

The hotel is beautiful and housekeeping does an amazingly good job but the front service desk people are very unfriendly and unhelpful. The beds were not very comfortable but the view of the ocean is nice.
